A steering layer for AI coding agents: an agreed plan, clear stages, and independent checks before anything is deployed.
AI agents write code quickly, and they can also drift, skip steps or declare success too early. Development Navigation keeps long projects on course.
Work moves through defined stages, from an approved plan to construction, independent review and deployment. Hooks run alongside the agent, so a session can be stopped and picked up later without losing its place.
A stage only counts as done when it is proven by checks that the agent doing the work did not grade itself.
