Photo Culler
First-pass selection for event photographers: clears out the obvious misses and groups the bursts, so the final call stays with the photographer.

An event can easily produce thousands of RAW files. Photo Culler takes on the tedious first pass for Sony ARW shoots, so the time goes into choosing rather than clicking.
It follows one rule: the machine only subtracts. It removes frames that are certainly broken, such as a completely blurred shot or an accidental black frame, and groups bursts and near-duplicates. If it is unsure, a photo stays. Closed eyes and shallow focus are never removed automatically.
A local step scans the files and measures sharpness on faces, then an AI vision pass rates small previews. Ratings are written next to the photos as XMP, so they appear straight away in the editing software.
