Portable Environment

Setting up a new computer means rebuilding years of small habits: input methods, shortcuts, text snippets and tool preferences. Portable Environment keeps them in one place, so they can be restored and checked.

It also brings together the tools I use every day, including break reminders and a short exercise routine. It runs with normal user rights and covers installing, updating and removing itself cleanly.
